Arrival

• Check-in at "Nītaure Glamping" is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 12:00 PM.

• Please use the designated parking space for your car.

House Rules

• Only up to 4 people are allowed to stay overnight in the Nītaure Glamping cabin (the number of people indicated during the reservation).

• Outdoor footwear is not allowed indoors; instead, we invite you to use the slippers available in the cabin.

• For safety reasons, please do not use or store flammable materials (sparklers, smoke candles, etc.), and please do not leave rooms with open flames unattended (burning candles, lit fireplaces).

• When leaving the Nītaure Glamping premises for a short period or upon check-out, please ensure that the lights and all electronic devices are switched off and the water taps are closed.

• When temporarily leaving the Nītaure Glamping cabin, we recommend locking it and keeping the key with you or placing it back in the key safe. The fee for losing the key is 15 euros.

• The Nītaure Glamping cabin must be left clean and tidy after your stay (dishes washed, used items and inventory placed back in their designated places).

• Use of the water bodies on the territory is at your own risk.

• It is forbidden to damage the inventory of the Nītaure Glamping cabin, as well as its interior and exterior.

• It is strictly forbidden to remove furniture from the interior.

• It is forbidden to bring in and use narcotics and other psychotropic substances.

• If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform the Nītaure Glamping staff immediately. If damage caused by guests and/or non-compliance with the rules is detected, an additional fee will be charged.

Children

• Children under the age of 18 may stay in the Nītaure Glamping cabin and its surroundings only under the supervision of their parents.

• Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must not leave them unattended.

Pets

• When staying indoors and in the territory of Nītaure Glamping, it is the owners' responsibility to clean up after their pets and supervise them.

• Pets are allowed to run freely in the territory without a leash, but at your own risk.

• The pet owner is responsible for ensuring that their pet does not disturb the neighbors.

• Before entering the Nītaure Glamping premises, the pet's paws must be cleaned, and we kindly ask you to use the designated pet bed or, if the pet is on the sofa/bed, you must use the provided blanket for it.

• Please use the designated bowl to quench your pet's thirst.

• You will also find a few pet toys in the Nītaure Glamping cabin, which we kindly ask you to put back in their place after use.

Heating in the Cabin

• During the winter season, a heat pump is used to provide the basic room temperature.

• The use of the wood-burning fireplace must be carried out in compliance with all safety regulations.

• During the summer season, air conditioning can be used to cool the rooms.

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed indoors in the Nītaure Glamping cabin.

• Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be disposed of only in the specially designated bins and after they have been carefully extinguished.

• A fine will be applied for throwing cigarette butts on the ground or smoking indoors.

Waste

• Waste must be disposed of only in the specially designated waste bins.

• A fine may be applied for throwing waste on the ground or in an undesignated place.

For Information

• Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of Nītaure Glamping guests (only in the parking lot).

• Nītaure Glamping staff is not responsible for any damage to a person's health or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings resulting from that person's negligent actions.

• Each visitor is responsible for their own health/safety and the supervision of their personal belongings.
